How advanced is the financial content?

The program goes beyond basic accounting but stops before complex financial engineering. We work with real-world profitability, cash flow and growth scenarios that matter to owners, executives and consultants in Italy. You will rarely see formulas without an immediate link to decisions.

Will we only talk about theory, or also look at numbers?

Every week includes concrete work with numbers. In some exercises we use anonymised Italian case studies, and in others you are invited to use simplified figures from your own business. We keep jargon to a minimum and focus on the story that the numbers are telling.

Is this more about cost cutting or about growth?

Both topics appear, but the primary focus is sustainable growth. We look at cost structure as part of a broader picture: pricing, product mix, capacity, cash requirements and risk. Many participants leave with new ideas for where to invest, not only where to reduce costs.

Will we talk about my industry specifically?

The principles work across manufacturing, services and advisory businesses. During discussions and exercises you are encouraged to frame examples in your own industry language. In executive and in-company formats we can tailor content more precisely to your sector.

Is the program suitable for advisory and consulting firms?

Yes. Many participants advise other companies on finance, accounting or strategy. They use the program to strengthen how they talk about growth, risk and scenarios with their clients and to move beyond standard reporting conversations.

How much preparation work is expected?

We keep pre-work focused and realistic. You may be asked to gather a few high-level numbers, outline your growth goals and list current challenges. Most leaders complete preparation in one or two focused sessions.

Where does the training take place?

Core sessions are delivered live online, so leaders from across Italy can participate without extensive travel. Selected cohorts, executive intensives and workshops take place in Milan at Via Giovanni Battista Pirelli, 13, in spaces designed for focused group work.

In which language is the program delivered?

The main delivery language is English, which allows mixed groups from different regions and international teams. Facilitators can address specific examples and questions in Italian during discussions, especially in in-company formats.

How much time should I reserve each week?

For cohort formats, plan roughly one intensive session per week plus 60–90 minutes of application work between sessions. For executive intensives, you will block two full days in Milan or at your chosen location, with optional follow-up online.

What technology do I need to join online?

A stable internet connection, a camera, a microphone and a quiet space are enough. We use widely available video platforms. In advance of the first session you will receive a simple checklist to test your setup.

Can several people from my company join the same cohort?

Yes. Many companies send a small group of leaders from finance, commercial and operations. This often accelerates how quickly you can apply the tools inside your business. We can reserve a limited number of seats for your team in advance.

What happens if I miss a session?

For cohort formats we provide summaries and materials for each session. Depending on the group and topic, it may also be possible to join a short catch-up call or watch a recording of content segments. Interactive discussions are not published publicly to protect confidentiality.

How do you structure pricing for different formats?

Cohorts use a per-participant fee, executive intensives have a fixed package price for a leadership team and in-company editions are quoted based on scope and location. In every case you receive a written proposal with clear figures before making a decision.

Are there discounts for early registration or groups?

For some cohorts we offer early registration fees or group pricing if multiple leaders from the same organization register together. These options are always transparent and time-limited, never hidden or negotiated privately.

Can we treat the fee as a training expense?

In most cases, yes. We issue invoices that clearly describe the nature of the service as leadership and finance training, so your finance team can allocate costs correctly according to internal policies and Italian regulations.

What are your payment terms?

Standard terms are communicated in your proposal and usually involve payment before the start of the cohort or according to milestones for in-company projects. For larger engagements we can discuss staged payments linked to agreed dates.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We aim to be fair both to participants and faculty. The proposal you receive outlines conditions for cancellation and rescheduling. For in-company programs, these terms are aligned with internal approval processes and venue arrangements.

How do we start the registration process?

The first step is usually a short conversation to confirm fit and choose the right format. After that, we send a written proposal and, once agreed, share practical onboarding steps for you and your team.

Working with your own numbers and confidentiality

Many leaders want to work with real data but are understandably cautious about confidentiality. These questions address how we handle that balance.

Do I have to share detailed financial statements?

No. You remain in control of what you share. We often work with simplified numbers, ranges or anonymised examples. You can keep sensitive details private while still learning how to interpret and use your data.

How do you protect confidentiality in mixed cohorts?

We ask all participants to respect a clear confidentiality agreement. We avoid recording sensitive group discussions and we do not share case details outside the cohort. You choose which examples and numbers you bring to the room.

Can we sign a specific NDA for in-company programs?

Yes. For in-company and executive formats we are happy to work under your standard non-disclosure agreement, or under a mutually agreed confidentiality framework that reflects the nature of the collaboration.

Will my results be used as marketing material?

We never share specific financial results or internal details without explicit permission. If we create anonymised case studies in the future, they are carefully edited so that companies cannot be identified.
