How a typical session feels
Sessions are intense but practical. You will rarely spend more than fifteen minutes listening without being asked to reflect, calculate or discuss with others.

We run cohorts in a hybrid format. Core sessions are delivered live online, so leaders from across Italy can join without losing days to travel. For those who want deeper work, we host workshop days in Milan.
The space in Milan is chosen for focus: natural light, good acoustics, reliable connectivity and plenty of room for group work. Coffee breaks are intentionally long enough to continue conversations and compare experiences.
Whether you join online or onsite, we keep group sizes small to ensure that every participant’s context is heard and questions receive detailed answers.
